Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during your shift
Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards
Handle cash transactions using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations
Train new staff members through interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching
Enforce food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to meet health regulations
Manage customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
Assist with inventory control,
ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications
Proven supervising or team management experience in a food service or restaurant environment
Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic financial transactions
Familiarity with restaurant management practices including food handling, hospitality, and kitchen operations
Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing staff and managing team performance
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; hospitality or hotel background is a plus
