F.R.I.E.S. a leader in servicing commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment has been in business since 1998. We service the leading Grocery Chains, Quick Food Restaurants and Institutions such as Nursing Homes and School Boards in the Greater Toronto area.
We have an immediate opening for a Licensed Gas Technician to join our growing team. You will be providing service to our clients in the west end of the Greater Toronto area.
The successful candidate will be required to diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of commercial food preparation and storage equipment both hot and cold. Create accurate work orders and estimates for repairs required include time and material. The ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and service required.
F.R.I.E.S. provides a company service vehicle, Gas Card, Tablet, cell phone, competitive compensation, Medical and Dental Benefits program, RRSP Contribution Program, Annual Holiday Party, comprehensive industry training and room for growth.
The successful candidate will possess a Gas Fitter 2 License, the ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, a robust understanding of electricity i.e. 120V to 208V, transparent Driver's Abstract, electrical and mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn. You are also required to possess excellent customer service and communications skills both written and verbal.

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 44 per week
