Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food service
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective coaching and support
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to meet safety standards and quality expectations
Manage cash handling procedures, including POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and accountability
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring recent staff members to build a strong, capable team
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation practices
Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency
Requirements
Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or hospitality industry
Solid background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and restaurant management practices
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in restaurant management, including interviewing potential staff members and supervising shifts
