We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Collect blood samples from patients using proper phlebotomy techniques, ensuring minimal discomfort and maximum safety.
Verify patient identity and explain procedures clearly to foster trust and cooperation.
Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, labeling samples accurately, and maintaining proper documentation.
Follow strict infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent contamination or accidents.
Assist with patient care activities, including preparing patients for procedures and addressing their concerns compassionately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy area,



ensuring all equipment is sterilized and properly stored.
Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure timely processing of specimens and accurate test results.

Experience
Laboratory experience is advantageous, especially in specimen handling and processing procedures.
Solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to laboratory testing and patient records.
Proven ability to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection efficiently and safely.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on compassionate communication and professionalism.
Knowledge of infection control practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
Relevant certification in phlebotomy
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
