Join a highly visible project workplace supporting clinically focused IT initiatives within a public sector healthcare organization. This role manages large-scale IT software and infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders, complex requirements, and cross-functional coordination. The Project Manager will oversee project delivery activities including scheduling, reporting, stakeholder communication, and implementation support to ensure projects remain on time and on budget.

Contract: Remote Working Hours: MDT

Candidate must be able to work in Canada

Occasional travel to Saskatchewan

Must Haves

- PMP certification
- 5+ years managing large-scale IT software or IT infrastructure projects
- 5+ years driving project management in multifaceted environments
- Healthcare project environment experience
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Nice to Have

- Work breakdown structure (WBS) creation and management
- Project planning and estimating experience
- Familiarity with IT platforms and methodologies
- IT support environment and information systems exposure

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Support cross-functional project teams during project implementation activities
- Assist project team members with project planning, change management, transition, and communications




- Monitor and report project progress to project teams, steering committees, and sponsors
- Communicate project updates and expectations to stakeholders using appropriate communication methods
- Provide delivery oversight for requirements gathering, detailed design, and future state development
- Lead and direct project staff to ensure effective resource utilization and work prioritization
