Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to customer sites for installation and maintenance • Provide remote troubleshooting support to clients • Analyze and optimize machine performance • Create and update service documentation • Prepare detailed service call reports for customers
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5–7 years of field service experience • Knowledge of aseptic packaging equipment • Familiarity with PLC systems and software • Solid communication skills in English (bilingual preferred)
