In this role, you'll utilize your CPA and in-depth tax expertise to guide client tax strategies, compliance, and maximize returns. Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple engagements, mentoring team members, and evaluating business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple client-facing tax consulting engagement teams
• Deliver expert tax advice through client interactions and reports
• Advise businesses on tax policy changes and proactive strategies
• Liaise with the Canada Revenue Agency on client issues
• Mentor and motivate team members towards development
Requirements:
• CPA designation and completion of In-depth Tax Program
• 7 to 8 years of public accounting or tax consulting experience
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian Tax regulations
• Robust leadership and relationship management skills
• Proven strategic planning and conceptual thinking abilities
