Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards




Assist in food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, maintaining food freshness, and adhering to proper food safety protocols

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Demonstrated skills in food preparation, serving, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures within the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
