We are seeking a professional, energetic, and highly organized Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily driver schedules, optimizing company resources, and ensuring efficient and timely transportation operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work schedules for drivers to ensure efficient operations.
Respond promptly and professionally to driver emails, phone calls, and operational inquiries.
Optimize the utilization of company assets and resources to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
Make timely and effective logistical decisions while balancing customer requirements and company objectives.
Monitor and coordinate daily transportation activities to ensure schedules and customer commitments are met.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Identify and address operational challenges quickly and proactively.




Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant information is communicated to drivers and internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of transportation dispatch experience required.
Industry knowledge and experience with rail, containers, and bonded warehouse operations is considered an asset.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills with fast and accurate keyboarding abilities.
Proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and qualified under pressure.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
