We are seeking a authentic South Indian cusine Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced setting and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation. We take pride in our food & service and are looking for a team player with a positive attitude.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with South Indian cusine.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items
Standardize recipes and plate presentations
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Ensure that all food is prepared, stored, and served according to Food Secure Standards and with provincial and/or local health code requirements.




Maintain consistency in taste and food quality.
Be mindful of guests taste preferencies and allregies.
Plan for daily food prep and work efficiently to get the food prep done before busy hours.

Qualifications:
Must have previous experience in South Indian Restaurant or equivalent knowledge and experience with South Indian cusine rescipes.
Must have knowledge of cost and labor systems
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Need to have solid leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
Should be able to handle customer complaints and critical situations.
Be proffessional and have a positive friendly attitude.
Problem solving skills
High attention to detail with integrity to product quality assurance
Food Safe and Health & Safety Certification would be preffered but not necessary.
