Join Southbridge Care Homes as a Part time Food Services Supervisor in Cornwall. You'll ensure quality dietary services and manage staff while meeting the nutritional needs of our residents.

As a key member of our Food Services team, you'll report to the Food Service Manager. This part time role emphasizes effective management, planning, and supervision of dietary staff to maintain high service standards. You'll also be responsible for inventory management and compliance with Public Health requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize high-quality dietary services
Supervise and motivate dietary staff effectively
Ensure food service areas meet health regulations
Maintain accurate records and therapeutic menus
Participate in budgeting and supply management

Requirements:
Membership in C.S.N.M. or Registered Dietician
Solid leadership and organizational abilities
Experience in managing unionized employees preferred
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety principles
