Select Finishing, established in 2004, is seeking a Powder Applicator to join their manufacturing team. This role requires a keen eye for quality and adherence to safety standards as you apply powder paint to parts. You will also ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness during your shift, contributing to the overall efficiency of production.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply powder paint ensuring adequate coverage per instructions
Conduct thorough inspections of parts before and after coating
Clean and maintain equipment and paint booths at shift’s end
Report equipment issues or failures to the Supervisor
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production
Compliance with PPE and safety standards
Ability to perform repetitive movements and stand for long periods
