• Review completed truck repairs for warranty eligibility
• Submit and track warranty claims through manufacturer websites
• Document damaged inventory for reimbursement or credit
• Ensure accuracy of warranty repair orders
• Maintain records of claims status and daily reporting
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Business or Supply Chain
• Previous warranty experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office required
