COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a cook to prepare, pre-cook and cook food to corporate standards in a high-volume kitchen in Nanaimo. You will assemble mise en place, label and store products, and maintain safety and quality through strict procedures.
The role requires proven cooking experience (restaurant or prep cook), a Food Safety Certification, and a certificate from a recognized cooking school. You must work well independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
