Sweep, mop, and wash all floor surfaces
Clean and restock bathrooms daily
Strip, wax, and steam clean carpets as required
Monitor and report maintenance issues to supervisors
Collect and dispose of building trash daily

Requirements:
Experience with stripping and waxing floors
Carpet cleaning knowledge required (e.g., extraction)
Must possess own transportation
Ability to work independently and in a team
