You will lead a team of 40 workers and 3 supervisors across day and afternoon shifts, overseeing shipping, receiving, and 3PL distribution, with about 20 trucks daily. You will drive change, track cost-per-line KPIs, implement SAP, RF tech, and recent picking technologies while enforcing health and safety and maintaining a zero-accident facility.
