As a Casual Reservations Agent, you’ll work a minimum of 2 shifts per month, contributing to our commitment to luxury and authenticity. You will be responsible for coordinating all reservation details and handling guest inquiries with care and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture sales from incoming reservation calls
• Process internal and management reservations




• Handle guest complaints in accordance with policy
• Confirm and guarantee non-guaranteed reservations
• Monitor Front Desk reservations for clarity
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in hotel or customer service
• Experience with Opera PMS preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Strong phone skills and attention to detail
• Valid work authorization for Canada
