Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble skid components following design specifications
• Perform basic welding and assembly tasks
• Inspect components for quality assurance
• Read blueprints accurately for assembly layout
• Collaborate with the Lead Hand to meet operational standards

Requirements:
• Welding and painting experience preferred
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work overtime
• Effective communication with team members
• Comfortable in loud environments and using protective gear
