We are currently hiring 2 experienced Powder Coaters for our afternoon shift only. Candidates must be available to start immediately.

Compensation
$20.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and completing other required preparation.
Apply powder coating using spray guns and related equipment.
Ensure even coverage and a smooth, consistent finish.
Set up and safely operate powder coating equipment.
Safely use power tools and hand tools.
Inspect finished products and perform quality checks.
Identify coating or finishing defects and complete touch-ups or corrections as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily targets while maintaining quality standards.
Assist with material handling and other production duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience is strongly preferred.
Experience using powder coating spray guns and related equipment is an asset.
Previous manufacturing or metal-finishing experience is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable using power tools and hand tools.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
