Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily HVAC operations for commercial projects
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
• Supervise and mentor field crew effectively
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades
Requirements:
• Journeyperson in HVAC or Sheet Metal (Red Seal preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
