Support youth mental health at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital as a Mental Health Aide. Assist with daily living activities while delivering compassionate care in a multidisciplinary team setting.

As a valued part of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health program, you will offer direct patient care and support therapeutic activities. This role involves assisting patients with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and safety needs, while fostering a positive therapeutic setting that encourages recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with hygiene and daily living support
• Provide safe supervision and observation of patients
• Help maintain a therapeutic setting for all




• Document and report relevant patient information
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• Mental Health First Aid certification required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS-HCP) certification
• Preferred: 2 years in a mental health setting
• Preferred: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification
