This is a unique opportunity for you to workwith experts and engineering professionals across Canada on interesting andchallenging projects. You’ll work closely with our experts, senior engineersand designers on projects in mining or energy sectors, including studies, andwill serve as a technical resource.

With us, you’ll get the opportunity to...

- Help carry out study or detailed engineering mandates for clientswith existing facilities or for those wanting to expand or build newfacilities

- Participate in multidisciplinary mandates as part of a work teamcomprised of engineers, technicians, and technologists

- Participate in analyzing various types of technical problemsrelated to automation design

- Prepare drawings in 2D and/or 3D models in accordance with clientand industry standards, as well as regional codes and standards.

- Prepare plans, technical data sheets and specifications based onguidelines for automation mandates

- Prepare calculations, lists and bills of materials in accordancewith codes, standards, drawings and other established methods whilecomplying with the firm’s quality system requirements

- Prepare presentations, minutes of meetings and reports

- Assist more experienced personnel with the technical aspects ofcomplex tasks

Overview of certifications and job requirements

- College or university student in an Automation, Mechatronics orProgramming program

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, AutoCAD and/orMicrostation, and other applications as well as databases and interfaces

- Available to travel occasionally between BBA offices

- Asset: Automation experience in the industrial, energy or miningsectors

- Asset: Bilingual, English / French
