We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join ourfast-paced Architectural Data and Analytics team. This role has opened due toincreased workload and the need to reduce the involvement of the ProjectDirector in day-to-day delivery. The successful candidate will lead a complexdata-focused program consisting of multiple workstreams, driving execution withminimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multi-workstream data program frominitiation through delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams includingcontractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality outcomes. Utilize project management tools (JIRA, Confluence,etc.) to track progress, manage risks, and report status. Communicate effectively with technical andnon-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Drive decision-making and problem-solvingindependently,
with a solid sense of ownership. Ensure infrastructure services are implementedeffectively and meet business needs. Must-Have Qualifications
10+ yearsof experience in project/program management, ideally within data domains. 5+ Strongproficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) 5+ Yearsof experience using BI Tools for project reporting (Power BI, DataBricks,Alteryx) Exceptionalcommunication and stakeholder management skills. Provenability to lead projects independently with minimal oversight. Experiencewith core project management methodologies and tools. Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with people change management initiatives. Background in financial institutions or regulatedenvironments. Prior involvement in infrastructure serviceimplementations impacting large business units.
