We seek four individuals who are passionate about supporting families through visit supervision and protected transportation. As a Family Support Associate, you will report to the Team Leader and utilize your knowledge of child development to provide exceptional services. Your role is vital in ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise visits between children and their families
• Communicate risk issues promptly and effectively
• Provide transport services as assigned




• Document visits and write reports diligently
• Attend in-services and additional training as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Post-secondary education in Human Services or related field
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Valid class 5 Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
