Paladin Security is looking for a full-time Mobile Supervisor with at least one year of experience in the security industry. This role involves supervising Mobile Officers, conducting patrols, and improving service levels. You'll be in charge of monitoring unit progress, ensuring recent hires receive thorough training, and implementing system updates as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Mobile Officers while conducting patrols and tasks
• Recommend improvements to enhance service levels




• Check and support mobile unit performance regularly
• Communicate client expectations to Mobile Officers
• Report fleet vehicle concerns and conduct unit checks
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• Valid BC Security and Class 5 Driver's Licences
• First Aid with AED Certification
