AWP Safety is hiring Traffic Control Persons to oversee temporary workplaces. You will ensure that all signs and required equipment are loaded before heading out. Additionally, you’ll interact with customers to grasp the work scope and levels of traffic control needed, while ensuring your team adheres to safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure workplace signage meets provincial requirements
• Load equipment on the truck before departure
• Communicate with customers regarding traffic control needs
• Oversee adherence to safety policies in the field
• Execute traffic control duties during crew breaks

Requirements:
• Provincial Traffic Control Person Certification
• Provincial Traffic Control Agent/Signer Certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toe boots required
• Nova Scotia Traffic Control certificates preferred
