Core Key Responsibilities

- Complete accurate quantity takeoffs, reviews and reconciliations
- Perform preliminary, construct and as-built surveys
- Interpret design drawings and develop survey strategies
- Accurate survey notes, sketches and data backup
- Precise installation of stake lines and survey control
- Distribute survey reports and manage survey data files
- Work together with site superintendent to Complete field survey requests, measurements,



setup and configuring survey instruments including grade control machines
- Perform topographic surveys to document construction progress

Requirements

- 3+ years of survey experience
- Solid understanding of GPS, machine control, total stations, and electronic data collection
- Experience with CAD and Survey software is considered and asset
- Knowledge of Trimble GPS, Total station, Trimble is considered an asset
- Experience designing and implementing digital terrain models
- Experience with Trimble Business Centre, TCC, Microsoft Office
- Understanding of LIDAR considered an asset
- Strong critical thinking, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Class 5 drivers license and a clean drivers abstract
