In this critical role, you will lead the testing phase of the Dayforce WFM/HCM implementation. Your responsibilities include building test plans, managing test environments, and defining testing objectives. Your expertise in QA, alongside team-oriented work with developers and analysts, will ensure project milestones are met seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases across Dayforce modules
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with business analysts to validate requirements




• Manage defects using tools such as Smartsheet
• Mentor QA team on best practices in testing

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years in a QA lead role
• Solid knowledge of Dayforce WFM/HCM modules
• Experience with test management tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
