CoolIT Systems, based in Calgary, seeks a Quality Assurance Technician to support internal audits, QMS compliance and continuous improvement across manufacturing. You will report to the Quality Assurance Lead Auditor and assist with audit prep, execution and documentation.
This role focuses on CAPA tracking, non-conformity handling, data collection and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations and supply chain to ensure quality throughout CDUs, cold plates and rack integration.
