Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join our Construction Solutions team across Canada. You will analyze design options, provide constructability feedback, and bring hands-on experience in design, cost estimating, and construction to the owner’s side of the table.
You will lead design meetings, review drawings, and develop CMPs to support permitting while optimizing cost, schedule, and safety. A PMP or equivalent and 5–10 years of experience are preferred.
