This is a pivotal position, requiring someone with over five years of experience in rigging using the Maya pipeline. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring smooth workflows while addressing complex asset challenges. Your understanding of anatomy and passion for elevating character performance will drive the creation of high-quality animations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and revise complex character and prop rigs
• Provide training and guidance to the rigging team
• Troubleshoot technical issues throughout production




• Research and recommend recent rigging techniques
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality performance

Requirements:
• 5+ years of production experience in rigging
• Robust knowledge of Linux and Python
• Deep understanding of anatomy and mechanics
• Empathetic leadership and problem-solving skills
• Eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada
