This is a hands-on production role focused on breaking down whole tuna using a band saw and preparing loins to specification.
Candidates must have prior experience with tuna loining and understand the importance of precision, yield, and consistency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Operate band saw to break down whole tuna into loins - Perform clean,
accurate loining cuts while maintaining yield - Trim and portion tuna to meet quality specifications - Maintain consistency in cuts and product presentation - Work efficiently to meet daily production targets - Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols - Maintain a clean and organized workstation - Support overall production flow as needed EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Hands-on experience with tuna loining - Comfort operating band saws in a production workplace - Understanding of yield, product handling, and quality standards - Experience working in a fast-paced seafood processing environment REQUIREMENTS - Strong work ethic and reliability - Attention to detail and quality - Ability to work as part of a team - Physically capable of working in a production setting PI287421020
