What you’ll do:

Operations

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth, organized, and customer-ready environment
- Maintain strong merchandising standards so products are easy to shop and project-ready
- Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and reflects the pride we take in serving our community
- Follow and uphold Payzant policies, procedures, and operational best practices

Driving Results

- Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales targets through strong execution and team focus
- Review sales and performance reports to identify opportunities and respond quickly
- Drive local business growth by understanding your customers and their project needs
- Take ownership of results and lead the team with a solutions-focused mindset

Customer Experience

- Lead by example in delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and project-focused customer service
- Support customers in finding the right products and solutions for their home improvement needs
- Ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and confident in their project
- Build lasting relationships within the community to drive loyalty and repeat business
