Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor after-hours claims line effectively

• Maintain or exceed Client KPIs consistently
• Ensure prompt availability for incoming calls
• Build relationships within the Emergency Claims Services
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in claims
• Familiarity with property claims in various domains
• Active Adjuster's license or pursuing CIP designation
