As the Regional Leader for Region 5, you will oversee staff scheduling and implement business standards to ensure a high-quality experience for customers. Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and People & Culture team, you will support recruitment and performance management. Key to your success will be coaching team members and managing difficult customer situations while encouraging a supportive work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
• Supervise and mentor branch staff effectively




• Facilitate onboarding and training of recent hires
• Assist in marketing initiatives and growth targets
• Resolve complex customer issues professionally

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Level 2 Insurance License required
• Experience in supervising staff
• Knowledge of Autopac and Personal Lines Insurance
• Robust communication and relationship-building skills
