As a key member of the Business Governance & Controls team, you'll oversee all registration and licensing activities while managing day-to-day performance for your associates. Your expertise in regulatory requirements will ensure alignment between Advisors’ practices and compliance standards. This role involves planning staffing and providing direction on complex issues to maintain high-quality registration support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Registration and Licensing Associates’ daily performance
• Provide guidance on securities and insurance regulatory requirements




• Oversee execution of staffing allocation to meet departmental objectives
• Maintain relationships with regulators and business groups
• Report relevant information to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in Registrations or Compliance
• Solid knowledge of securities and insurance regulations
• Experience with the National Registration Database (NRD)
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• University degree or equivalent
