Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consultations for hospitalized and outpatient patients
• Collaborate with community partners to support older adults
• Engage in teaching medical students and residents
• Contribute to program development and patient care strategies
• Participate in workload balance initiatives within the team
Requirements:
• Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine with the Royal College
• Eligibility for an independent license with CPSO
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
