Responsibilities
- Support the sector's AOS lead in implementing AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (an application for tracking aircraft progress and capturing deviations (NVA));
- Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors, and natural teams;
- Coach daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving workstation performance;
- Support the progression of AOS maturity;
- Support workstation performance analysis;
- Be the local contact for AOS standards;
- Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.
Profile sought
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program;
- You have between 2 and 5 years of operations experience in a management or continuous improvement role;
- You know how to demonstrate influence with first and second-level managers;
- You have a marked interest in coaching;
- You have an affinity for the shop floor;
- You have schedule flexibility to coach day and evening routines;
- You are bilingual (French and English).
