What You’ll Do:

- Presentand sell protection plans and insurance products
- Assistcustomers with credit applications and paperwork completion
- Workwith lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing options
- Ensureall deal files are completed and submitted for funding
- Maintaina professional and organized work environment
- Provideexceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaboratewith the F&I; team to support each other during time off
- Trainand support staff on finance and insurance processes
- Workclosely with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

- Experienceas anF&I; Manager in the automotive industry
- Strongknowledge of financing, insurance products, and sales processes
- Provenability to meet sales targets and profitability goals
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation,



and organizational skills
- Abilityto work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- PBSand Symtech DAVE experience is a plus (not required)
