What you'd do
Deliver a tested, working increment every two-week cycle
Contribute to discovery: prototypes, estimates, and technical shaping
Own accessibility and performance on the features you build
Write handover documentation clients can actually use
What we're looking for
4+ years building and maintaining production web applications
Solid TypeScript, React, and Next.js; comfortable with a backend language
Care about accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and testing
Consulting or agency experience is a plus, not a requirement
