Seasonal Concierge will welcome clients and deliver exceptional service during Holt Renfrew's Holiday 2026 celebration. The role supports memorable in-store experiences and helps clients with store information, products, services, and local recommendations.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide an extraordinary level of service.

Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, and resolve needs professionally.

Provide information about the store, products, services, and local community.

Process gift cards, provide point-of-sale support, and support holiday events.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service setting.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for exceptional client experiences.

Confidence using technology and computer applications, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, rapid-paced setting.

High school diploma and flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
