• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for claims resolution
• Mentor regional file handlers and provide technical guidance
• Conduct in office investigations and assess property damage
• Ensure adherence to key performance indicators in claims handling
Requirements:
• 10+ years in managing complex commercial property claims
• 5+ years of relevant field experience in investigations
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements
• Undergraduate Degree or CIP designation is an asset
• Bilingualism (French/English) is advantageous
