The organization is seeking a Senior FP& A Specialist to partner directly with the CFO and help build out the organization's financial planning and analysis capabilities.This is a newly created role designed to increase the finance team's business partnering capacity and elevate the organization's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple business functions, support senior leadership, and drive projects that have a direct impact on company performance and growth.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & AnalysisLead the annual budgeting process across multiple departmentsDevelop and maintain rolling forecasts, financial plans, and cash flow projectionsPerform monthly and quarterly variance analysis and provide actionable insightsBuild financial models to support business cases, investments, and strategic initiativesDevelop reporting and KPI dashboards to enhance decision-makingPartner with departmental leaders to review financial performance and budgetsStrategic InitiativesSupport business growth initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and special projectsConduct ROI analysis, scenario planning,



and investment evaluationsAssist leadership with strategic planning and long-term decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve profitability and operational performanceProvide financial insights that support organizational objectivesSystems & Process ImprovementAct as a key finance systems resource and power userDrive process automation and workflow improvementsImprove reporting efficiency and reduce manual processesLeverage technology, AI tools, and advanced analytics to modernize finance operationsSupport ERP optimization and reporting enhancementsBusiness PartneringBuild relationships with leaders across the organizationPresent financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to non-finance stakeholdersProvide thoughtful challenge and guidance on spending, investments, and resource allocationHelp develop a stronger financial management culture throughout the businessCPA designation required5+ years of progressive experience in FP& A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or senior accountingStrong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical experienceAdvanced Excel skills and financial systems expertiseExperience working with ERP platforms and reporting toolsStrong understanding of financial statements and business performance driversExperience supporting senior leadership teams and business stakeholdersExposure to acquisitions, integrations, strategic projects,
