Our client seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager with at least five years in supervisory roles within food production. Your responsibilities encompass creating preventive maintenance programs and managing equipment repairs. You'll also participate actively in health and safety efforts, ensuring all repairs meet safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Create and execute preventive maintenance programs • Establish inspection and repair schedules for machinery • Detect and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently • Manage contracts for external machine repairs • Coach and train maintenance technicians
Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 5 years in maintenance management roles • Industrial Electrical 442A or Millwright 433A License (asset) • Robust knowledge of food manufacturing equipment • Familiarity with Project Management and ERP systems
