Avana is seeking a Rental Home Specialist to drive occupancy and convert leads into signed leases in a quick-paced lease-up environment. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will own the full leasing cycle from inquiry to signed lease, including prospect management, showings, follow-up, and closing. The role requires strong closing skills, accountability, and the ability to meet targets.
Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on-site.
