Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
- Assist customers with styling, product information, sizing, and fitting room needs.
- Support sales plans, customer connection programs, and store initiatives.
- Maintain sales floor, fitting room, visual, and back-of-house standards; assist with replenishment and floor sets.
- Complete opening and closing tasks, training, and other operational responsibilities.
- Share product feedback and collaborate with colleagues to support an inclusive, qualified work environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
