Key Responsibilities:
• Set and achieve merchandising goals in collaboration with colleagues
• Build positive relationships with vendors and external partners
• Lead end-to-end promotional programs and evaluate success
• Utilize data and analytics to develop strategic plans
• Support assortment optimization and in-store merchandising
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year experience as a merchant or buyer
• Strong analytical skillset for data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Ability to innovate and collaborate across diverse teams
