This role is vital for ensuring that all contracts at STEMCELL comply with necessary policies, regulations, and laws. You will review, draft, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with various stakeholders to support our business objectives. Suitable candidates may include those with contract experience from the EU or international backgrounds, pursuing their careers in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor contract performance and identify potential issues
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers and customers
• Negotiate contract amendments, renewals, and lifecycle activities




• Review, interpret, and manage contractual obligations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across jurisdictions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 6–10 years of relevant experience
• 3–5 years in contract management or legal operations
• Experience in the EU or international contracts environment
• Solid fluency in English and French preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
