Sephora Red Deer is seeking a Stage Experience and Services Lead to oversee all on-stage Worlds, coach coordinators, and drive service excellence in-store. You will train the team, conduct makeup and skincare services as needed, and act as Director in Charge to enhance client experiences during peak hours.
The role requires 1–3 years in a similar role, solid client service, and solid time management. Adaptable availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.
