Key Responsibilities:
• Support onsite and remote client services
• Manage Microsoft Server OS and AD – GPO
• Maintain backup plans using Acronis and Veeam
• Setup desktops and laptops (Windows and OSX)
• Provide mobile support for iPhone and Android devices
Requirements:
• 3-year college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure tools
• Robust knowledge of routers and NAS devices
